Local drug cops saw Scott's property and said "gee this would be a nice seizure." They would be able to split proceeds with feds. So they sent a DE* spotter aircraft up to search for telltale green signifying marijuana plants. Pilots said "no green there". DE* quoted him as "maybe saw some green", and used this to get a fraudulent search warrant. The reason the us justice dept recently offered 5 million dollars to Scott's widow is because the pilot came forth and stated that the alphabets lied and that he saw no green signifying marijuana plants, and some local cops stated that there was talk by tow key drug agents that Scott's land would be ideal and "we should get it". When they busted in his front door with the battering ram, Donald Scott raised a gun over his head as he ran to the front door to protect his wife, himself, his house and his property against what he thought was an illegal, forced entry. Whenever feds see a gun, they usually kill, (often kill just for fun--macho style--like to se the blood squirt and splatter--one u* Marshall sniper who is a member of a multijurisdictional task force on 24 hour call and carries his rifle in the trunk of his car all the time, told me 5 years ago he could hardly wait to blow somebody's head off, like what happens when a watermellon is hit with a soft-tipped 308 match grade bullet and explodes--this guy lives waiting for his moment of truth cause he's "honed to kill"--says he was taught this phrase at a special sniper sniper school out east, guess where?). This guy was so angry all the time it was unbelievable--he couldn't get along with his wife at all--and she was always afraid of him and didn't like his violent, hateful talk. He told me he was taught by experienced field agents of the record how to eliminate the drug vermin. He told me the agent asks the warrantee if he(she) has any guns in the house. Then if answer is yes they ask "please show us where they are" and then they instruct warrantee to take them to the guns and "hand them to me". When the warrantee touches gun, they shoot and kill warrantee claiming he(she) resisted arrest and attempted to kill the agent. He said, ya never fire your weapon unless you kill someone--those are the rules, my rules!". File this under sources and methods. Note: In the last 4-5 years I have talked to a significant number of disgrunted agents of various govt agencies who were in process of retiring or just retired. who were in process of retiring or just retired (agencies which could now actually and accurately be considered rico criminal organizations in most part at least in the higher bureaucratic positions and their special ops, national security oriented underlings). The amount of disatisfaction they have had with their agencies is shocking. Many have lost all respect for federal law enforcement, us justice dept, alphabets, and intelligence agencies. Many are so disgusted they freely talk about these govt rico acts and are about done keeping their mouths shut publicly. Two names always keep coming up as the mr. slick's or the interagency fixers: wayne adrian r*ch (sheepdipped ci*), and mark r*chards, us just-us dept. Mark is "just a marvel" at weaving the national security laws around clearly rico criminal acts by the alphabets and us just-us hit teams (the wetboys). A number told me that it may not take much to set off major rebellion in many of these agencies, and waco may be the thing--that many newer agents have about had it and will fight the system if much more occurs. Certain police depts will not be pushed around by the feds anymore. Some sheriffs have kicked them out of their areas. New York cops have even threatened the fb* at times if they don't get permission first before operating in their city. The texas rangers cannot be controlled by any alphabets, and neither can the us attorney johnston regarding the waco case. The texas rangers are an independent tough bunch with their own internal problems esp. in regard to the jfk case, but they are some "tough hombres" and cannot be pushed around by the feds. Neither can the nypd cops--they are also some very tough hombres and the feds fear them. One very disatisfied agent told me the word spoken in hushehed tones is that the waco lawsuit and investigations could finish delta force and the fb* forever if the public finds out what murderers and liars they are, and this is expected to happen. The standing up of us attorney johnston and the texas rangers to the fbi is the biggest rebellion yet, other than the nypd rebellion against the fb*. Many county sheriffs are furious over the delta force black helicopter night drops and live fire exercises that were "imposed on them by lies and manipulation by the army and the feds". Most would be shocked if they knew how close these agencies are to complete rebellion within and breakdown. Last year a black fb* agent came forth and revealed the fb*'s rico criminal operation called mad max, a higher order derivative of the cointelpro ops (which still go on under mjtf designations with fake order for all task force members making them untraceable, unaccountable and anonymous in their rico criminal acts). This agent displayed much courage and is a real hero like Castillo, Ruppert, Levine, Rothstein, Rep. Charlie Rose, DeCamp, Ayers, Milan, Tatum, Lorenz, Webb, etc. etc. I think we may see a major collapse within the rico power structures at the top of these alphabet agencies. A number of military brass ave about had it too. I see a groundswell coming, and I am confused because I thought it was too late. Where is this coming from? Why the suddent stimulation of God & Country, morality and honesty/ethics in many agents and military. Why are there a significant number of folks at e syst*ms and all*ant *ech (eg soon*r defense) coming forward and refusing to play along with the rico acts? There seems to be a new mood in the land in these agencies in this new year! Who knows what can happen! What we really need is honest, law abiding, non rico, non murdering federal agencies that uphold the constitution and do their proper jobs which is supposed to be protecting the public. Lately I have been getting electronic silver "saic" bullets to my e'mail and operating system, causing it to have strange malfunctions and making me more likely to tell more stories. There was a general land-grab strategy where the land would be bought by conservation trust and donated to fed lands, or confiscated as it was and sold into fed lands.
