Evidence includes government documentation of its' ultra-secret Special Virus Cancer Program (headquartered at Penn State as early as 1962) which suggests the incurable biological 'super-germ' created in these government sponsored laboratories was intentionally used to kill Africans, homosexuals, and other ''undesirables' in accordance with the UN's depopulation directives. This petition is no less than a call for the United States government to answer in a court of law and public forum the hard evidence linking the United States government to crimes against Humanity, or state sponsored genocide to the tune of over 15 million deaths, 35 million present infections, and 4 million new infections expected in 2000.
