The 26-vear-old former White House intern has turned to female companionship after a string of' embarrassing dating disasters with men, The ENQUIRER has learned. "Monica is a cute girl!" one new galpal, trendy Manhattan hat designer Ivy Supersonic, told The ENQUIRER. "Like a lot of women, Monica can change her mind about men. Nowadays, bisexuality is more than acceptable - it's chic! "I'm sure her sexual preference in men hasn't been damaged, but if she wants to be around more women, hey, that's great!" Ivy, 32, met Monica recently when the Zippergate girl unveiled her line of handbags in New York. Now Monica is helping Ivy market her line of high-fashion hats. "I'm hoping I can be a partner with her," said Ivy. "She's very comfortable to be round." On March 20, Monica turned heads by showing up at a party at the nightspot Serena's with pretty AIDS activist Victoria Leacock, a filmmaker and author of the book "Signature Flowers." Two nights later, Monica and Victoria, 36, were out on the town again, this time sharing an intimate dinner at the restaurant Pastis in New York's ..meat-packing district," a neighborhood that comes alive at night with transvestites, drag queens and bisexual sex clubs According to a patron at Pastis, Victoria was sporting a red satin handbag that Monica had specially made for her. "I'm meeting some very nice women who I'm having a blast with - and I don't feel I'm missing out on anything!" - ROBERT BLACKMON and TONY BRENNA ------------------------------------------------------------------------ FBI FILES REVEAL: HILLARY'S SECRET AFFAIR! ------------------------------------------------------------------------ AS First Lady Hillary Clinton's Senate run in New York kicks into high gear, Star has learned from sources that two lawsuits have been filed demanding full disclosure of top secret FBI files on her long romance with lawyer Vince Foster, a Clinton adviser who committed suicide. If the suits are successful, "the American public will learn at last a dark secret Hillary's desperately tried to hide," claims political observer Carl Limbacher. "While some stories about the affair between Hillary and Foster became public through magazine articles and books, the evidence in the files is much more detailed and shocking," says an FBI source familiar with the investigation. "They contain real bombshells, including letters the two sent to each other that leave no doubt about the fact that they were in love." The explosive files were gathered by employees of Special Prosecutor Kenneth Starr and a Senate committee that took a hard look at alleged efforts by Hillary and her staff to hide the romance, say sources. Starr's team investigated because there were rumors that Hillary's aides descended on his White House office right after Foster's 1993 death by gunshot and removed Foster's sui- cide note and his secret diary. This was never proven. But sources are convinced that Hillary and Foster had been lovers for years - and that could have been partially why the 48-year- old married father of three shot himself in the head in a park overlooking the Potomac River. "Every one of the investigations indicated that one of the reasons Vince killed himself may have been his fear that his love affair was about to be exposed," says Limbacher. Now, the alleged romance is coming back to haunt Hillary as she runs for office. The lawsuits, one filed by the public interest group Judicial Watch and the other by an attorney on behalf of a witness in the Foster case, are proceeding through U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. And Hillary is facing some tough questions. "You're going to hate me.' said Buffalo radio host Tom Bauerle in a recent interview, 'But have you ever been sexually unfaithful ... specifically with you and Vince Foster?" Hillary snapped: "I do hate you for that. Those questions are out of bounds.' When he asked her again, she replied: "Of course, it's no." Rumors of Hillary's affair with Foster were first spilled by Arkansas state troopers who had been members of the Clinton's security detail in the'80s. In an article in American Spectator, officer Larry Patterson described one incident where Vince openly fondled Hillary in a nightclub. "He came up behind Hillary and squeezed her rear end with both his hands," says Patterson. "Then he put his hand over one of Hillary's breasts and made the 'OK' sign to me. She just stood there cooing, 'Oh, Vince. Oh, Vince'". And guards say that Foster was a frequent overnight visitor at the Governor's Mansion when Bill Clinton was out of town. "Hillary's relationship with Vince was a natural response to her husband's behavior," says Roger Morris, author of "Partners in Power: The Clinton's and Their America". "Vince was known to treat her with the dignity, respect and abiding love she was missing in her marriage. He adored her." Now, the startling revelation that volumes of evidence could be released about the affair is casting a dark cloud over Hillary's political future, say sources. "Hillary's people know that her political foes are scouring every government database to locate and expose these files says an insider.
