OK, so the header I put on the post was a little hysterical. It wasn't
actually any worse than three-quarters of the posts on CTRL. The really
significant thing about the story, and my real reason for posting it, is
that it was picked up by Medscape, which is normally among the most
conservative and cautious medical sites on the Web. If *they* think that
the story is important enough to circulate, I suspect there's something more
here than meets the eye.
