Apparently Officer Taber has a real problem. Just what it is I do not know,
but it appears that times have changed, a man using a men's toilet with three
women in attendance has become the norm. I've racked my brain, however to
come up with the charge he could have made against Ms. Williams, and it can
only be, "abstructing a police officer in the performance of his duty."
