Prudy,
Some women are offended if a man exposes his penis to them and makes
suggestions as to what they should do with it. I tend to be that way
myself. Actual touching is not always required to offend everybody. If it
were, flashers would have no fun. I do not personally see why he would have
been interested in this particular female in the first place--must have been
a slow day--but this has to be one of the stupidest things the man ever did.
And that goes on to reflect on his judgment or lack thereof.
