No American should be put on trial in any
"international court". But if one ever is,
I have a suggestion for who should be the first.
Bill Clinton signed a last minute Executive Order
which unlawfully makes Americans subject to the
jurisdiction of International Courts.
The first American who should be put on trial
before the UN War Crimes Tribunal is Bill Clinton.
Do you recall that just as Congress began the
impeachment hearings, Clinton personally ordered a
U.S. cruise missile attack on a Sudanese
pharmaceutical factory? This military attack on
a foreign country was a calculated diversionary
tactic.
That sounds like a "warcrime" to me.
Turned out the Clinton Administration had to admit
those "Monica Missiles" blew up a medicine factory.
Ol Slick wouldn't have signed that Executive Order
if he thought it might apply to him one day.
