These graphs (see link below) show very unusual signals, related to those
that have
been noted for the last few days, reportedly from HAARP. The repetitive
pulses
indicate data being sent, possibly related to missile detection and
tracking.
The connection with the current Russian war games is also a big question.
(Could
this be a Russian transmitter spoofing HAARP by using the same frequency
(3.39 MHz)?
Note that the HAARP facility denied they are transmitting.
[MIND CONTROL NOTE:] A .9 Hz signal, which as we've discussed, may be
related to limbic (emotion) activation in the brain, occured during the
transmission,
lasting a very unusual 42 minutes from 1200 hrs to 1400 hrs UTC
(Coordinated Universal Time)
on Saturday, 17 Feb 2001.
Art Bell reported tonight that based on about 2000 signal strength reports,
the signal is
likely to be from an Alaska source, or possibly from Norway
(there's a 100-megawatt atmospheric heater in Norway),
Hawaii or the Pacific Northwest. He also said it had stopped.
