Very unlikely that she can. The AIDS virus can't be spread in
such a manner, as it dies in a short time after being exposed to light and
air. It only remains viable within the body, or when passed directly
from one body to another. You can't catch AIDS from someone spitting
in food, altho there is a remote possibility to get it from someone
directly spitting on you...likewise you won't catch AIDS from a toiletseat
(altho there are any number of other nasties you may
get...)
