prisoner Paul Henry Thomas, and to seek legislative
changes on the heels Of State Supreme Court Judge
Hall's unbelievable decision to continue inducing
convulsions in this Political prisoner's brain
against his will. Forced electric shock is alive and
kicking in 2001.

Mengele-like forced treatment of trusting and
unsuspecting citizens who seek help for their
emotional difficulties and are subjected to inhumane
procedures due to payments per treatment sought by
the institutions at the expense of the lives of
those subjected to this atrocity.
