I saw the building or what was left of it a few days after the explosion... There is NO WAY the bomb in that truck would destroy that building that deep. The back of the building was really messed up.

Not exactly impossible, but the siesmic data reports released at the time
remain unexplained by the vehicle vehicle alone (as far as I know).
Parallel detonators of the kind proposed by Partin would appear to
me unlikely given the (unquestioned) access and scale of building implant
needed.
