The next hearing for the case will take place on Friday June 15, 2001 at 9 AM in Judge Alex Saldamando's Courtroom, 3rd Floor, Department 318. The Court Building is located at 400 McAllister and Polk Street across from San Francisco City Hall. Please attend to show that there is growing public support that this case to go to trial and the ADL's stalling comes to a complete stop. The case has gone on for over 8 years and the ADL has spent millions of dollars seeking to stop discovery and to argue that they are simply conducting "journalist activities" covered by the 1st Amendment.
