-Caveat Lector- Hello! LEt me list only some of the freedoms, rights we have already lost/voluntarily given up because of the environmental movement and because of other movements 1.) The executive order article 1 section 1 of the United States Constitution only congress is allowed to make laws no mention of a Presidentent making laws out of thin air 2) Federal "ownership of lands" Article 1 section 8 clause 17 specifies that the Federal Government may only own land outside of the District of Columbia for Defense purposes and other needful buildings only after the state legislatures cede the land to the Federal government. I think this puts into SERIOUS QUESTION National Parks, Monuments,Wildlife refugees, forrests and any other name that might be applied. 3.) Freedom of speech yes!Federal Funding of the Public Broadcasting system (not authorized) When PBS censors any contrary opinion to the the radicalleft wing eco-freaks whose only answer to any alleged "crisis" is of course - surprise - more Federal regulations controls and price increases. When has anybody seen any real conservative opponents to these radical whackos on PBS? 4.) Fifth amendment property rights need I say more? Federal Government is constantly violating this in the "interest of the Environment" 5.) 10th amendment states rights again constant violation of the 10th amendment of delegated state's rights 6.) Of course the 13th amendment prohibition against slavery anything resembling a mandatory order coming out of Washington D.C. violates this prohibition.
