This "Scalar Technology" such as HAARP is real and
not theoretical as this article suggests.
It's here, it's now, and it's being used.
Consider that when you read about scientific and
technological developments in the open mass media,
the science and technology are about 20 years more
advanced that what we are told by the popular media.
The Air Force and Navy went before a Congressional
Committee to request funding. In the official minutes
of that Committee, the military brass were
surprisingly
candid about why they wanted to build HAARP.
I quote: "...to control the ionosphere for
military purposes."
By the way, there is nothing in the Committee's
minutes about controlling greenhouse gases for
military purposes.
