-Caveat Lector-
the costs of
> globalisation exaggerrated by its opponents
NO the costs of globalisation are definitely not exaggerated,
you can smell the stench in the air, taste it in the water,
I suggest that you go and look through the archives of the
United Nations Industrial Development Organisation, and
look at the illegal and immoral behaviour of industry eg.
in the Volta Redonda in Brazil.
Your straw men devils appear to be :
1. anti-capitalists (who are going to hate it anyway), good old-fashioned
> economic nationalists (who have a vested interest in maintaining autarky)
or
> finally, anarchists (revolutionary dreamers). Its benefits are also
> exaggerrated by its proponents, but we already knew that didn't we...?
but you missed one out - the most important one - PRO-LIFERS
just people with common sense who don't want to be poisoned in
mind, body and spirit and who want the same for their children.
Globalism has demonstrated an ANTI-LIFE agenda. [see below]
1. replacement of the human reproductive process with technology
2. poisoning the diet
3. invasive surveillance
4. criminalisation of innocent beliefs
5. promotion of gender dysfunction
6. flaunting laws and constitutions
7. disregard for shared natural resources
8. dumbing down of the educational system
9. unfunded disease control
10. restriction of access to information
11.destruction of wholesome values
12.dealing arms and drugs to unstable regimes
13.exploding nuclear arsenal without public consent
14.aggressive information warfare
15. lack of real scientific [as opposed to technological] progress
16. misuse of conventional warfare
19. lack of infrastructure funding
20. criminalisation of ethnic cultural resources and innocent traditions
those are just some of the reasons I oppose globalisation -
however I don't have to do so violently - I may from time to time remark-
excuse me officer - but I apologise if my head is repeatedly banging against
your boot, or, ah the x15 baton from strategic export company taiwan -
fine choice officer let us hope that my cranium doesn't challenge the fine
finish.
But besides - you're living in a sad world if you do not believe that
governments are capable of orchestrating violence and giving peaceful
protest a bad name.
