I have already begun working on a story on this. This is the most
frightening aspect of the USA Act. If I'm reading it correctly it would
mean that all the illegal intelligence information, collected over
years, by the CIA, NSA, FBI etc. - once turned over to law enforcement -
would be admissible in court. There are provisions in the USA Act
stating that evidence is admissible if the investigating officer wasn't
a party to the act that would have prevented admissibility.

I am researching further to verify this.

If true, it means that there is no more Exclusionary Rule and that the
Constitution does not exist as far as evidence goes. All that has to
happen now is that the CIA and FBI Intell, etc. get the information by
any means, turn it over to the locals and then have it all allowed as
evidence.
