You mean the Aztecs and Incas and all them folks who, today, would be freedom
fighters ... oops, terrorists ... them folks?

Not to worry.  When the peoples from south-o-da-border get up to number and
speed, there might be a phoenix arising (and different from that in AZ) in the form of
another older nation and people exercising its/their right o' return.
