Let this be my "straw man," then.

But, Edward, as long as you rail against social movements as straw men
without qualification (and you do realize that you have your own opinions),
then not all of it is devil's advocate. You do have your own reasons for
posting, not all of them experimental - in fact, I'd say that few are. I
can't claim otherwise about myself, either.

Thanks for your thoughtful response, however.

I'm glad to report that you are. :-) I've been subbed to CTRL--on and
off-since about 1994, and have posted rants on just about every form of
brutality (government sanctioned or otherwise) imaginable. I do, however,
occasionally throw up straw effigies in order to elicit group response or
to test the waters of opinion, so to speak. Most who've been on this list
for any length of time are aware of this.

That is anyone's guess, but the signs are obvious. Nearly every world
event from 9-11 to the present appears "orchestrated" in the most macabre
sense of the term.

> Muslims?

Don't be ridiculous. This is too obvious, although arguably, they are
self-destructive enough. To a degree, Muslims are as much of a victim in
this "scheme," if there is one, as the rest of us. In any case, they do
not have sufficient control over worldwide political, military and media
infrastructure.

More likely to money or to power.

Any engineered catastrophe for which they are made the patsy.

Have you noticed the rise of such ideals of late? Trick question :-)

By itself, no. No more so than a single puzzle piece would indicate a
greater gestalt sans context.

ROFL! I've worn a lot of labels in my life, but racist has never been one
of them. You're my first.
