The Financial Times reports that executives of publicly traded home-building companies have been selling stock in their own companies at a record pace. This, despite the fact that home prices are generally surging up across America. For example, in the last year, the value of homes in Nassau-Suffolk (NY) has risen by 29.6 percent. In Bergen-Passaic (NJ)? 24.7 percent. In San Diego? 21.3 percent. In Providence? 20.7 percent. In LA-Long Beach? 18 percent. So why have these housing-company execs been unloading their own stocks? Because they think a credit bubble is going to burst? Because they suspect interest rates are going to go up very quickly? If either of these things happens, we could see a much sharper decline in overall stock trading markets and in employment figures. As anyone can see, the time-honored strategy for dealing with the threat of an overall economic collapse—WAR—is being invoked by our “leaders” in Washington. They are not merely promoting “ideals” to sell war, they are privately saying that it’s necessary for the economy. When you back up far enough and look at the bigger picture, you can see a pincer OP in progress. 9/11 creates the perceived need for permanent war-time status. 9/11 is a trigger that further depresses already sinking trading markets. Those markets are being ENGINEERED to sink. The forced conclusion?
