Hi, This problem and a few others with running cx_Freeze on Mac OS X have been fixed in Subversion trunk. I haven't had a chance to release a new version of cx_Freeze with these fixes in place -- I've been looking at a few other issues -- but with the release of Python 2.7 I'll be needing to do so soon. In the meantime, if you can checkout Subversion trunk and use that you should be good to go.
