Problem: When a program is freezed with the Win32GUI base, if it is started in a path which contains non-ASCII characters(Chinese characters), a "cannot get zipimporter instance" error message will popup.
This patch is to fix the problem. Tested on cxfreeze 4.2.3, Python 3.2, Windows Xp SP3.
