Dear Steven,
In a post a few weeks back there was mention of a case which I noted as R v
Fagan (1986) in which the judge observed that the firearms licensing system
is there to prevent anarchy.
I am preparing an article discussing the repressive implications of gun laws
around the world and would like to track the case down. I have checked the
new law web site www.bailii.org but it does not go back that far.
Can you suggest where I might be able to locate it?
