As far as I know, the cameras used are standard ones, in normal visible range. (Backed with cost of the equipment, the fact that there is not enough UV light indoors, that IR cameras are way too expensive and detailed IR image AFAIK isn't sharp enough, and that terahertz technology isn't fielded yet.)
