I'm not looking to change a shred of humanity. One of the most beautiful
things is seeing someone indulging in the absolute depths of what the
square-community calls "depraved." 

Drunk, stoned, twisted, bent and horny. Good people. 

I'm just not convinced that humanity is in its old age. I'm not convinced
that we are as wise as we are going to get. I think that we may just
grow up and realize that being 'depraved' isn't so bad, and pissing
away freedom is a lot worse than we thought.

In order to maximize our kill ratio of US citizens with anthrax in our
attack, we'll need to immobilize local law enforcement and health
services. This can most easily be done with a suitable EMP weapon.
