Shabbos 119: Answering Amen b'Chol Kocho

"mendykap" asks:

I would appreciate some help with this. It says that if you answer amein
bchol kocho you can be mevatel gezairos. How does this coincide with not
answering louder than the mevoraich when there is no benefit for him to say
it loud according to the man deamar who holds kol kocho means loud. also
the geder of being mezarez according to MB

Thanks

Mendy Kaplowitz

The Kollel replies:

Perhaps the fact that one should not answer "Amen" louder than the Mevarech
is the reason, or one of the reasons, for why most commentaries interpret
"b'Chol Kocho" to mean with one's full Kavanah.

On the other hand, one must say that those who interpret it literally
maintain that due to the importance of "Yehei Shmei Rabah...," reciting it
aloud overrides the prohibition that pertains to all other Amenim.

B'Virchas Kol Tuv,
Eliezer Chrysler
