The Kollel replies:
In Avodah Zarah 36b we find that Yichud with a married woman is prohibited
by the Torha, with an unmarried Jewess it was prohibited by King David's
court, and with a non-Jewess, it was prohibited only at a later time, by
the students of Hillel and Shamai.
