Vayikra 01: Rashi to Vayikra 1:1, DH Eilav -- "with Him" or "with him"?
Alex Lebovits asks:
Rashi brings R Yehuda Ben Besayra that says '13 places when HASHEM spoke to
Moshe exclusively'.
His first place is Bamidbar 7:89. The words are 'ledaber Itoh'. All the
transalations that I saw translated 'itoh' as Him with a capital 'H',
referring to the Ribono Shel Olam.
Was r Yehuda Ben besayra wrong in his count, or are all the translators
wrong?

The Kollel replies:
Alex, it is great to hear from you again!
If Moshe spoke to Him -- to Hashem -- then that means that Hashem also
spoke to Moshe.
So Rebbi Yehudah was right, because Hashem spoke to Moshe, and the
translators were also right because Moshe spoke to Hashem.
