I'll take the data at the PostalGIS with a pinch of salt. I checked the
data in several locations across the country, and the values in the Pincode
Boundary layer is either missing, 0, or completely wrong in most of the
places I checked.

Maybe it's a Work in Progress, or this is their version of done, but I
don't think anyone should depend on this data for anything.
