Hi, All! I'm writing a paper on Kerala (and Bihar's) recent liquor policies, and needed the number of establishments (bars, hotels etc.) serving alcohol in Kerala in 2014/15/16/current. The Kerala State Beverages Corporation already has information about the shops operated by it. However, I couldn't find a list of bar license (FL-3) holders. The Kerala Excise Dept is responsible for granting these licenses. Do you know of the existence of such a list, or a way in which I can build one up on my own?
