Wow! Thanks for the great source. There is a lot of interesting data here. Some of them have a CC0 license, and others don't have a license mentioned.
Since this site is by the Govt of India, I am assuming that this would be under the Govt Open data license, but unfortunately, there is no way to check, since the link to the license page (https://licenses.dataspace.mobi/) is dead.
