For the pure DSP Link samples, you don't need the CMEM driver. DSP Link has no dependency on CMEM.
And for completeness, * Codec Engine (for DM644x) has a dependency on both CMEM and DSP Link. * The DVEVM demos have a dependency on Codec Engine.
