Hi. 1) DBD::SQLite repository is moved to https://github.com/DBD-SQLite/DBD-SQLite (sorry for the late announcement).
2) As for the next stable version, I found a blocker; it looks like DBD::SQLite 1.38_02/03 doesn't compile well under the latest *BSD environment with clang support. I'm setting up FreeBSD 9.1 VM now to see what's actually happening, but any help would be appreciated.
