Summary: Version error
Description:
Successfully compiles under FreeBSD, Version is identified as 0.9.9,
presumably from mhash as there are 'redefined' warnings.

Running dbmail-util with an old config file barfs with an unhelpful error
message
# dbmail-util -anvv -f /usr/local/etc/dbmail.conf.bak
Choosing dry-run mode. No changes will be made at this time.

EMERGENCY:[config] config_read(+48): error reading config file
/usr/local/etc/dbmail.conf.bak

In order to compile man pages, the configure script appears to need
--enable-manpages, but this shows as a warning
configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --enable-manpages
