Hi Bernard,

I don't know when they'll be available in the SPARQL endpoint, but you can
already download them from http://downloads.dbpedia.org/3.9/links/ .

A smaller number of links is also available for other languages, e.g.
http://downloads.dbpedia.org/3.9/ru/ .
