The package would be flash-kernel, but really, without more information it doesn't make sense to file a bug. Unfortunately, the only thing I can say is that it works for me. At least with one disk attached. (I don't have 2 USB enclosures right now.) The only problem I can think of is that you maed a typo in the UUID=xx number; at the moment, there's no warning when this happens, but I added one to the package in unstable.
