I don't think this is true since the grub2 source is actually not building
any loong64 packages yet. We will need to change the grub2 source first to
build at packages such as grub-efi-loong64 and so on similar to riscv64 [1].

After that, loong64 can be added to grub-installer as it was be done for
riscv64 [2] (except for the case for "riscv64/*)").
