pgp-clean seems to remove encryption subkey. It advertises to remove
only signatures.

I joined on PGPNET mailing list and they required me to post my key
there. I procressed that key with pgp-clean and noone was able to
encrypt to that key unless they received my key from keyserver, which
some people did automatically, because my message was signed.
