Package: offlineimap
Version: 6.5.4-2
Severity: normal

If a remote IMAP repository (type = IMAP) has the "readonly" option set to
"True",
offlineimap will happily ignore any "createfolders = False" option and re-create
deleted remote folders. This does not happen with "type = Gmail" repositories.
Commenting out "createfolders = False" does not change anything - commenting out
"readonly = True" and leaving "createfolders = False" commented in results in
folders not being re-created on the remote.

Since this works for Gmail accounts, I assume that this is a simple oversight in
the generic IMAP handling code.

I'm somewhat tempted to set a higher severity since strictly speaking this
causes
data loss...
