Package: fontconfig-config
Version: 2.10.2-1
Severity: normal

Each time I start Emacs, I get the following warning:

Fontconfig warning: "/etc/fonts/conf.d/50-user.conf", line 9: reading
configurations from ~/.fonts.conf is deprecated.

It seems that /etc/fonts/conf.d/50-user.conf hasn't been updated
with the fontconfig upgrade.
