Package: lxappearance Version: 0.5.2-1 Followup-For: Bug #720604 I can confirm lxappearance does not update ~/.config/lxession/$SESSION/desktop.conf according to the new theme setting. Editing that file manually to set the theme has the desired effect (as soon as the file is saved, lxsession updates the current theme to the one specified in the config file).
theme selection in lxappearance and lxappearance-obconf is totally broken Window manager theme changes in lxappearance-obconf are applied, though (~/.config/openbox/rc.xml is updated), but no gtk2/3 or icon theme changes at all. This bug is annoying.
