hfsutils is needed for installing yaboot into the boot partition. I'm
not sure what "12.1 kernel on cd" means. /dev/hda2 is
/dev/discs/disc0/part2 in devfs language.

Could you attach /var/log/syslog and /var/log/messages from the
installer to this bug? Use "Save debug logs" from the installer's main
menu to extract them.
