Package: minitube Followup-For: Bug #666773 After getting latest upstream minitube sources (GIT commit 3d497b13bca938cc95fe9e16f4a889a78a403a97 from https://git.gitorious.org/minitube/minitube.git, post-2.1.4) and modifying minitube_2.0-1 patches so they apply cleanly, I've built new package and it solves the problem.
Now long videos play ok, although there might be few seconds (2-8) pause before they start. Also, the seek bar (which was mostly not working in debian releases up to 2.0_1) seems more functional now (although still not perfectly bug-free, it seems). The fixed sources (and i386 binary debian package) can be found at http://linux.voyager.hr/minitube/ It would be great if maintainer would pick that and put it in unstable. I can do more testing if needed. -- System Information: Debian Release: 7.2 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 3.2.0-4-686-pae (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US, LC_CTYPE=en_US (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages minitube depends on: ii dbus-x11 1.6.8-1+deb7u1 ii libc6 2.13-38 ii libgcc1 1:4.7.2-5 ii libphonon4 4:4.7.0.0-2 ii libqt4-dbus 4:4.8.2+dfsg-11 ii libqt4-network 4:4.8.2+dfsg-11 ii libqt4-script 4:4.8.2+dfsg-11 ii libqt4-sql 4:4.8.2+dfsg-11 ii libqt4-xml 4:4.8.2+dfsg-11 ii libqtcore4 4:4.8.2+dfsg-11 ii libqtgui4 4:4.8.2+dfsg-11 ii libstdc++6 4.7.2-5 ii phonon 4:4.7.0.0-2 ii phonon-backend-vlc [phonon-backend] 0.7.0-1 minitube recommends no packages. minitube suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
