openscenegraph is now installable again, still with an ~rc version.
Note that this assumes that release candidates are sufficiently
compatible with the corresponding final versions.
They have different sonames (libopenscenegraph99/100 in the present
case), but this *appears* to be a standard "this is not the final
release" notice rather than a real API break.
Note however that the libopenscenegraph-dev package no longer contains
static libraries at all since 3.2.0~rc1-1, so if that's what -static in
the package name means, that part will have to go altogether.
