Hi Bastien,

I am adding a link to RFC 1524 in the mailcap manpage.

I have mixed feelings about improving this manpage.  Quite obviously, it was
not made in Debian.  But I can not find an upstream source anymore.  In that
sense, I would like to avoid divergence with other platforms.

I will contact the maintainer of the mailcap package in Fedora to see if we can
join forces and become upstream with other distibutions if there is no
alternatives.
