Thanks for the packaging!

However I do not agree that safe-iop is part of Android SDK. It is an
external project but used by Android, like e2fsprogs and f2fs-tools.
So we should follow the upstream, name it safe-iop and the binary
package libsafe-iop-dev, and the version should be 0.3.1.

Unless you've found that there is AOSP contributions to the code? In
that case it can be considered as a fork by AOSP and it's good to be
maintained by Android Tools Team, like
android-platform-external-libselinux which I am about to package.
