Oh, that would be fantastic! As far as I know (from
https://wiki.debian.org/DebianMaintainer#Granting_Permissions) the
following incantation should do the job (when executed by a DD):

 dcut dm --uid "nikol...@rath.org" --allow s3ql python-dugong python-llfuse
