Package: rt4-apache2 Version: 4.2.12-1 Severity: serious Justification: maintainer, policy violation
In <http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-request-tracker/request-tracker4.git/commit/?id=e6be64ff5448117a84ac64d8e8c77f5d45d35e19> I erroneously introduced a non-alternative dependency on libapache2-mod-fastcgi, which is policy violation (and makes the package uninstallable of systems without non-free). (Apart from anything else, this is making the issue with autoremovals and libapache-mod-fastcgi more complex). I'll upload a fix this evening. Dominic.
