Dear Maintainer,
when installing the usrmerge package, the
/usr/lib/<triplet>/libpng12.so.0 symlink ended up to be a link on
itself.
Fixing the link solved the problem, but there might be a general race
condition here when libraries are moved from /lib to /usr/lib.
I couldn't find any other broken library symlink except for this one.
Tests were done on the Tanglu 4 development release and could be
reproduced there by another user (for some reason it's always libpng
that is affected), I'll try to reproduce this on Debian Stretch as
well.
