This appears to be file corruption in your apt-get/aptitude state data. There has never been a 3.1.20-2.2deb7ue version of either squid3 or squid3-common. The Debian repositories contain version "3.1.20-2.2+deb7u3" - note the "+" and "3" characters. Amos
