The system locks up for some reason and times out on the other hand. Does the system respond to ping? Does the syslog log file contain anything after the crash? Does top show a task which dumps on the top and eats CPU? If you say Wheezy works and Jessie does not I would suggest to bisect the Kernel and see which one crashes. So I *think* the same crash should happen if you boot Wheezy with a Jessie Kernel. You could try verify that this is the issue. Any luck with VGA to get some output? Sebastian
